Our story began in 2001 with the establishment of S Lenka Group, initially specializing as an architectural painting contractor. Our first milestone project was Prestige Shantiniketan, Bangalore—one of India’s largest residential developments, spanning 110+ acres with 24 towers, a clubhouse, a commercial complex, and a hotel. This landmark achievement set the foundation for our expertise, allowing us to work on 30+ prestigious projects with South India’s biggest builders.
